NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors’ Association (“NIYSA”) shall be held at the Law Society of Northern Ireland ,96 Victoria Street, Belfast, BT1 3GN on Thursday 12th November 2009 at 5.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following special resolution:
RESOLUTIONS:
AMEND NIYSA CONSTITUTION
THAT the constitution of the NIYSA be amended by replacing the current constitution, attached marked Appendix ‘A' ,with the amended constitution marked Appendix ‘B'.
